…and mine happened late Friday.
I drove, head on, into a pole (at low velocity (less than 25 mph)). It was an accident, of course.
There's reasons why it happened, but I'll not address those here.
It was impactful enough that the air bag actually deployed. First time ever for me.
Emergency room checked me out. No broken anything, and was able to walk out on my own.
Next two days, though, mid back hurt like h—-. They told me that would happen.
I have pain meds so I'm okay, but I've had to adjust my torso and extremity movements. Middle of back… must connect to a lot of movements.
My Guidance… Keep them slow and deliberate…
I'll see my health type people eventually, and will get the body taken care of… one step at a time…
In the meantime, no car (temporarily), so I will have to walk to wherever or ask for rides (or Uber or whatever). I'm probably going through a “training”, once again.
We'll get through it… Rise above it… And grow through it.
Very grateful for your Light, Love, and Prayers, for those who feel the calling…
Aloha, Kp
